Return and refund policy

All sales are final
Due to the mystery and surprise nature of Huntabox products, all sales are considered final. Because box contents are revealed upon opening, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on opened boxes.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or with a significant defect, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the damaged item(s) and packaging
A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund.
Lost or missing packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please allow 3 business days before contacting us — delays with carriers can occur. If the issue persists, reach out to us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order number.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from purchasing at Huntabox and may be reported to payment processors.
