Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping carriers and timeframes
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on your location and order size. Estimated delivery timeframes after processing:
Standard shipping: 5–7 business days
Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days
Overnight shipping: 1 business day (where available)
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, and other factors outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination. Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check our store for current promotions.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.
Domestic shipping only
At this time, Huntabox ships to all U.S. states and territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories. We do not currently ship to international addresses, but we hope to expand globally in the future.
Address accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. Huntabox is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately — we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
Lost or stolen packages
Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Huntabox is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend contacting your local carrier office or filing a claim directly with the carrier. We are happy to assist where we can.
